Microsoft is chasing a deal to purchase all of TikTok’s international enterprise, the Financial Times reported on Thursday, citing 5 individuals with information of the talks.
Microsoft had said it was in search of to purchase the property of TikTok in North America, Australia, and New Zealand. It had not disclosed how a lot it was prepared to pay, although sources previously said that ByteDance executives worth all of TikTok at greater than $50 billion (roughly Rs 3.75 lakh crores).
Microsoft declined to touch upon the report. TikTok dad or mum ByteDance didn’t instantly reply to Reuters’ requests for remark.
