Team India all-rounder Hardik Pandya took to Twitter on Friday to share a selfie taken with the Motera Stadium within the background. “It feels surreal to be out here at the world’s largest cricket stadium, Motera. Absolutely magnificent,” learn the caption on the tweet. The stadium situated in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, is the biggest cricket stadium on the planet and it’ll host the ultimate two Test matches of the continued four-match Test collection between India and England.

The first two video games of the Test collection had been held on the MA Chidambaram Stadium in Chennai.

England emerged victorious within the opening sport of the collection by a margin of 227 runs.

The guests posted a complete of 578 after opting to bat courtesy a double century from Joe Root.

India had been bowled out for 337 of their first innings following a four-wicket haul by Dom Bess.

The hosts made a late comeback bowling out England for 178 of their second innings. 

However, they failed to enhance on their present with the bat as evident from their last rating of 192 after being handed a goal of 420 runs.

In the second Test, India posted a primary innings complete of 329 after skipper Virat Kohli gained the toss and opted to bat.

Opener Rohit Sharma scored 161 off 231 deliveries, in an innings comprising of 18 boundaries and a couple of sixes.

Ravichandran Ashwin made his presence felt following the strong platform set, serving to India bowl out the guests for 134 with a five-wicket haul.


Ashwin adopted this up with a century within the second innings because the hosts posted a complete of 286.

Ashwin took a three-wicket haul as England had been bowled out for 164 having been handed a goal of 482 runs.
